Received long awaited verification letter from Lao National Radio (LNR) on 6th February 2012. Logged this station in 2009 annual Dxpedition organised by Indian Dx Club International (www.idxci.in). Station's foreign language Director, Mr. Inpanh Satchaphansy, at last agreed to issue the letter after 3 years continuous follow ups. They do not have budget to issue QSL cards.
